Ng Huat Tian, Group Managing Director

44, is the founder of Oil-Line, a wholly-owned subsidiary
of OilCorp. He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
from the Institute of Further Technical Education. He
joined Chiyoda Malaysia Sdn Bhd in 1980 as a Draftsman.
Subsequently, he joined Malaysian Mining Corporation Berhad in 1983 as a Senior Design Draftsman. From 1986 to 1989, he was attached to Protek Engineers Sdn Bhd as a Designer. He joined Damit Worley Engineering in 1989 as a Lead Squad Leader before setting up OLEA in 1990. He has more than 22 years of experience in the oil
and gas industry.
He was appointed as the Group Managing Director of Oilcorp Berhad on 12 May 2003
Ir. Ang Choon Hug, Deputy Group Managing Director

54, obtained a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Honours)
from the University of Glamorgan, Wales, United Kingdom.
He is a corporate member of the Institution of Engineers,
Malaysia (IEM) and a Professional Engineer registered
with the Board of Engineer, Malaysia. An Asean Engineers
(Accreditated by Asean Federation of Engineers Association).
APEC Eng (Accreditated by Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation Committe),
International Professional Engineer (Engineer Mobility Forum, Washington Acccord), Associate member of Financial Planning
Association of Malaysia.
He joined Malaysia Shipyard and Engineering Sdn Bhd in 1980 and has held several key position in the Offshore and Onshore Division. In 1993, he was responsible for the set up of Causeway Engineering Sdn Bhd, an oil and gas fabrication company licensed by Petronas. During the term of his 28 years office he has travelled extensively overseas such as places in Asia, Europe, USA and Middle East, in discharging his responsibility.
He has vast experience in the oil and gas industry and was one of the key personnel involved in setting up the Project/Plant Construction business in the oil and gas industry for the said company.
He was appointed as an Executive Director of Oilcorp on 12 May 2003. Subsequently, he was designated as Deputy Group Managing Director on 23 February 2005
Mr. Pua Yow Liang, Executive Director
Aged
44, holds a Degree in Housing, Building and Planning,
majoring in Building Economics and Project Management
from the Universiti Sains Malaysia. He has 20 years
of experience in the property development and construction
industries. He joined Sunrise Sdn Bhd, as the Marketing
Development Executive in 1986.
He later joined Ramal Properties Sdn Bhd in 1988 as a Marketing Development Executive. Subsequently, he joined United Overseas Australia Limited, a company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, in 1990 and Mulpha International Berhad in 1994 as Marketing Development and Project Manager.
In 1995, he ventured into property development
and had since completed numerous property
development projects in Negeri Sembilan, Wilayah
Persekutuan and Pahang.
He was appointed as an Executive Director of Oilcorp Berhad on 12 May 2003.
Mr. Ng Huat Chai, Executive Director

35, holds a Degree in Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)
in Mechanical Engineering from University of Oxford
Brookes, United Kingdom. He has more than 7 years of
experience in mechanical design, purchasing and stock
control in the oil and gas and general industries. He
had handled major and long lead material sourcing for
large multimillion offshore oil and gas projects.
He was appointed as an Executive Director of Oilcorp Berhad on 12 May 2003.
Mr. Eng Chip Jin, Non-Executive Director
Aged
38, graduated with Bachelor of
Business, majoring in Accounts from Royal Melbourne
Institute of Technology, Melbourne, Australia.
He is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Malaysia
Institute of Accountants in 1996 and was admitted as a
Certified Financial Planner by Financial Planning
Association of Malaysia (FPAM) in 2002. He is also
currently a member of the Australian Society of Certified
Practising Accountants (ASCPA).
Mr Eng has extensive working experience in both the
professional and commercial sector for more than 13
years. He started his auditing and consulting career with
Cooper & Lybrand in 1993 before joining Moores Rowland
in 1994.
He is currently the Senior Manager and
Consultant for Lee & Associates, Chartered Accountants.
He has established three consulting companies, EM2
Corporate Advisory Sdn Bhd, EM2 Management and
Consulting Sdn Bhd and HuaCorp Management Services
Sdn Bhd, providing corporate advisory and consulting
services.
Currently, Mr Eng is also the founding member and
Executive Director for a few private companies:
9 Quadrants (M) Sdn Bhd, which is an investment
holding company
NasionCom Mobility Sdn Bhd, which involves primarily
in the development and provision of telecommunication
services
Casa Karisma Logistics Sdn Bhd, which involves
primarily in the logistics of oil and gas industry
Visiber Sdn Bhd, which involves in the research of
human behavioural science
Since 1999, Mr Eng is also a Treasurer and Committee
Member for Phoenix Welfare Foundation, a charity
organisation founded by the late Tan Sri Lee Siok Yew.
He was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive
Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Oilcorp
Berhad on 12 August 2004.
Mr. Francis Ng, Non-Executive Director

(UK) and a Diploma in Business Management from Tunku
Abdul Rahman College.
He has 21 years of Sales and
Marketing experience in consumer products having
worked with Rothmans of Pall Mall (M) Bhd., Carlsberg
Marketing Sdn Bhd, The East Asiatic Company (EAC),
Marco Corporation and Anakku Holdings Sdn Bhd.
Currently, he is the General Manager for ASEAN, Korea
and Taiwan of a global food ingredients company.
He was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive
Director of Oilcorp on 12 May 2003.
